This is the baseline package you will receive upon acquiring Doulé's services:

• Three prenatal visits (0.5-1.5 hours each), during which we will get to know each other and discuss:

  • ​​Your previous experience with birth/preconceptions about birth

  • Your expectations, hopes, excitements, fears, questions, and concerns about birth

  • Creating your birth plan

  • Stages of labor

  • Breathing and other pain management tools (we will practice these during your prenatal appointments)

  • Hospital/birth center bag checklist

  • Postpartum

• Resources handout

• ​On call from 37 weeks through delivery

• Virtual support at onset of early labor

• In-person support at onset of active labor, through delivery, and up to three hours post-delivery

• Access to photos taken during birth (upon client's request)

• One postpartum check-in appointment (1 hour), during which I will:

  • Make sure you and your family are adjusting to postpartum life, and recommend lactation consultant if needed​

  • Recognize signs of mental health issues (PPD, PPA), if present

• Unlimited phone/text/email support during business hours from onset of services through six weeks postpartum to answer questions and give advice

$1,100 + fuel expenses (0.67 cents/mile)

If you feel you need additional postpartum support, the following are offered à la carte:

• ​One additional 1 hour postpartum visit ($100)

• Two additional 1 hour postpartum visits ($200)

During labor and birth, there are often so many different things going on that, as the mother, partner, or family, it is hard to recall everything. Here's where I come in with a detailed story of your birth based on my observations throughout the process, and your recounting of the birth.
